Ak si niekto nazve svoj podnik - bhotel/b alebo reštauráciu anglickým alebo nemeckým slovom, zákon mu to nezakazuje. Iná vec sú texty alebo oznamy, ktoré majú informatívny charakter. Ten text môže byť napríklad v angličtine. Vyžadujeme však, aby bol aj v b.../bbČiže/b zákon dáva veľký priestor na nápravu. Aj pri stanovení výšky sankcie sa berie do úvahy miera závažnosti porušenia. bČiže/b sankcie zavádzame, ale nemyslím si, že sa budú často uplatňovať. Je to skôr ako prevencia. b.../b
